If the number of days showing for when stock is due is less than 32, it means that we have been notified that the item has been shipped to us. Assuming normal weather conditions, we are 95% certain that the goods will arrive at our warehouse on the due date.
If the number of days is above 32, we are relying on information from the factory and the greater the number of days, the more chance of a delay. Even so, 90% of goods arrive within 7 days of the date.
We only sell items we have in stock or on a past order. This is because the time taken from our original orders to the factories and our receipt of the goods varies with the time of the year and is a minimum of 3 months and up to 8 months for repeat lines. New lines can take up to 18 months.
The date we give is the date that goods are expected to be available at our warehouse for collection. Delivery times will vary dependent on your area.
IF YOU ARE COLLECTING
Please ring and check that your Furniture has arrived. Occasionally Customs ask for an inspection of the container for anti terrorism reasons or the lorry delivering to us break down etc. We will not know of the problem until after the container should have arrived and will not have time to contact all of our customers.
IF THE DATE ON THE SCREEN IS DIFFERENT TO THE DATE YOU WERE QUOTED
The date showing is the date for availability for new orders - the first date that we will have free stock. We will have many items on multiple containers and so your order may be being fulfilled from an earlier container. If in doubt, please use Order Tracking to send us an email.
