We purchase goods in container loads directly from the manufacturer's factories.

1 The item must be the same, not a cheaper copy.

2 The item must be from a genuine stockist, not, for example, from a trade clearance auction or a Company that is financially worthless.

3 The item must be in the same condition. For example, if ours is new, the item for comparison must not be a customer return or ex display.

4 The terms must be the same; for example delivery costs and availability.

5 We will require sufficient details of the other item price to enable us to check it.
