We have an excellent opportunity for a full time Sales Consultant at our Kidderminster store.
Working 5 days a week including weekends, the perfect candidate would already possess an exceptional sales ability, with prior sales experience absolutely essential. Prior experience in furniture sales or a similar environment would be highly advantageous.
As a family-run business we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional customer experience, including greeting and assisting customers in a helpful, positive and knowledgeable manner. As a result the candidate must be confident and approachable at all times whilst displaying passion about our furniture and establishing consumer confidence in the process.
As our systems are highly automated you will be very comfortable using computers. The ideal candidate would be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and would also be comfortable using a tablet. We have a custom-built content management system and full training on this would be provided.
A certain amount of lifting/moving furniture will be required on occasion; therefore you must be physically fit and able to perform these tasks when the need arises.
This role is commission-based with OTE of £35k per annum. The more you sell, the more you earn, there is no cap. Whilst you familiarise yourself with our business and our processes you will be guaranteed a minimum of 24k p/a for the first 3 months of employment.
