Delivery for Accessories

Delivery for Accessory items are charged at £4.99 per order not per item. Deliveries are made via an outside courier, who endeavour to deliver your items within 3 days of your whole order being in stock.

Small Furniture Items By Courier

These items are normally delivered by UPS unless the quantity justifies a 1-man delivery.
UPS will email you with a tracking number and link to their web site so that you can follow the progress of your Furniture. Items ordered on a weekday before 12am that are in stock will be dispatched the same day and normally delivered to you on the following weekday. Items ordered after 12pm on Friday and at the weekend are dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on the Tuesday.

One Man Delivery in AREA 1 ONLY

The delivery will be just inside your front door on the ground floor, subject to access. These areas are marked on the above map in GREEN.

Timings for deliveries into these areas are normally carried out within 7 days of your entire order being in stock with us but please allow up to 14 days. (Specific timescales depend on delivery location)

Where an item is marked as a two person lift or your access is difficult, the driver will require help. Please ensure that there is someone available, and capable, to do this. If this is not the case, please order a 2 man delivery. Please note that in some locations we use other couriers as they offer a more frequent service.

We will contact you by Phone or SMS text message to arrange the delivery date. This is often weeks in advance if goods are coming on a Container, please confirm that the day we offer is ok. Once all the route is planned and all customers have been confirmed we contact you with a 4 hour time window, On the day of the delivery the drivers will call 30 mins before they get to you.

Two Man Delivery in AREA 1 & 2 ONLY

The delivery will be to your room of choice, subject to access. These areas are marked on the above map in BLUE.

Two man deliveries are normally carried out within 10 working days of your entire order being collected by our courier, but please allow up to 14 working days.

Please note that outside of England and Wales we use a third party courier as they offer a more frequent service and due to this timescales may vary from above.

In the instance of a third party courier delivering your order, they will be given your details and will contact you within 48 hours of receiving the goods within their depot. This will be to arrange a delivery date and time.

If you prefer we can assemble your items for you at a charge of £25 for the first item and £20 per item for additional pieces.

Please note that you must order a 2-man delivery with assembly and that it will take us longer to arrange.

All items are supplied with the tools required to assemble (except occasionally a screw driver). They also come with instructions. If, like me, the first thing you do is lose the instructions, we are in the process of putting all instructions on this web site.

Any items needing assembly are marked with a spanner.

These fall into two types. Items that are so heavy and large that it would be too difficult, or impossible, to place in a house assembled. For example Wardrobes and Beds. Items that require little assembly but fully assembled would substantially increase delivery costs both financially and environmentally.

For example:

Minimal Assembly Required - Very simple to assemble.
We do not recommend that you pay us to assemble these items.

Some Assembly Required - Takes a little longer and you may need a screw driver.
The vast majority of our customers assemble these items themselves.

Most assembly instructions are available to download from our site so you can judge for yourself if our assembly service is required.
