All times given are the best we have available. Many factors can result in a change to these times, and so cannot be guaranteed. IF COLLECTING PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST TO CONFIRM ARRIVAL

Codes

OD - Original estimated by when order placed.(see note 1 below)
CD - The date given by the factory based on expected dispatch (2)
DD - The expected date based on the date actually shipped (3)
BD - The date booked for delivery by the shipping agent (4)

Notes

Note 1 - From order to delivery can take up to 26 weeks. This is why we sell from stock or from goods already on order. This date will vary with the time of year and how busy the factory is.
Note 2 - More reliable but factories often over book to allow for cancellations.
Note 3 - Date can alter due to ship changing route, storms, lack of berthing facilities in U.K., Custom?s clearance time.
Note 4 - We pre clear our goods but Customs can ask for an inspection, causing a delay of up to a week
