Covid-19 Update

Sadly, our head office remains temporarily closed, after the Government extended the lockdown restrictions, placed on non-essential travel and services.   We are now getting ready to reopen from 18th June, inline with Government guidelines.

Online Orders

You can still place orders online and enjoy the great offers we currently have available. We will not process your order until we re-open (expectation being Thursday 18th June) and we will not take any payment from you (your card provider will show the booking deposit as ‘pending’ but we will not take this payment).   We will honour the price and offer at the time of your original booking and then try to fast track your order through our supply chain. 

Delivery of your furniture items

We’re pleased to say that we have resumed our delivery service and our delivery specialists are following strict safety protocols. These include working in fixed teams, and using personal protective equipment and hand sanitiser.

All deliveries are non-contact, and we will safely deliver your furniture to the room of your choice and assemble it there, if appropriate.

Unfortunately, our strict safety protocols do not allow us to collect and dispose of your furniture at this time but your local council can assist you with this.
